Spring Health: Personalized Mental Health Support
Through Spring Health, you have access to six free therapy sessions per year, unlimited appointments with a Care Navigator, work-life services, self-guided exercises and 24/7 crisis support. Based on your responses to a short online assessment, a Care Navigator will prepare a customized care plan and guide you through the programs that work best for you.

Not all paths to parenthood look the same, and we want to support you in your journey. That’s why we have partnered with Maven to offer this comprehensive benefit in addition to what is covered under our medical plans. Maven covers eligible employees, partners and their eligible spouse/domestic partners who want to have a child or preserve their fertility, including single parents by choice and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Maven will remove barriers to treatment while providing support, including financial support, and education at every stage from family planning to parenthood.

The firm has partnered with Bright Horizons to offer the Care Advantage Program. The program provides subsidized “back-up” care, as well as access to discounted self-pay resources and tools for everyday care needs that benefit your entire family. Universal Life with Long-Term Care
Universal Life is designed to match the needs of insureds throughout their lifetime. The policy pays a higher death benefit during your working years when expenses are high, and families need maximum protection. At age 70, when financial needs are lower, the death benefit reduces to one third of the original amount. However Long-Term Care benefits do not decrease. The Long-Term Care rider is designed to accelerate the death benefit at 4% per month for up to 25 months to pay for long-term care in an assisted living or long-term care facility, or home healthcare and/or adult day care.
